AQUATERRO RETURNS POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase from Aquaterro, you may return it within 14 days of receipt of shipment to be exchanged/credited. The product must be unused, in its original condition with the tags still attached and in its original packaging.
Aquaterro’s return policy only applies to orders placed directly with Aquaterro and aside from warranty issues does not apply to products that have been ‘made to measure’ or custom built to the specific instruction of the client. For items purchased through our dealers, please contact the dealer directly for their specific returns policy.
How to submit a product return:
• Email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your original order number, product information and a detailed description of the reason for return. If the item is damaged or faulty, please include photos of the product in your email.
• For products that are under warranty, please state in your email that you believe your return is a warranty claim or contact us at email@example.com if you are unsure of the warranty period on your product.
• Once you submit your return request and it is deemed that you meet the criteria above, you will be issued an RMA number and provided with an Aquaterro returns form with further instructions for your return shipment.
If your product is outside its warranty period all repair/assessment fees, return freight charges and costs of/associated with receiving a replacement product are payable by the customer.
Upon receiving your return, Aquaterro will conduct a thorough assessment to determine what action can be taken.
For exchanges/credits, the product value is determined from the cost of that item listed on your initial invoice and the confirmed amount of payment received for goods.
