PM-HCP002-NAVY can be mounted to an overt carrier or a duty belt. The pouchs lid features a molded roll-top for a smooth, rounded closure and custom fit. The lid stays open, leaving the pouch accessible when empty, and it also features a black snap closure. The lid also contains an EVA foam insert for rigidity.
